Dr. Tran is a San Diego native and a local resident of the community. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry. Throughout her education, Dr. Tran has specialized training in diagnosing and managing dry eyes and ocular diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. She is licensed to treat glaucoma and has full therapeutic privileges for prescribing topical antibiotics and steroids for the treatment of most eye conditions. Her clinical interest is fitting contact lenses including cosmetic colored, astigmatism and bifocal contact lenses. Dr. Tran enjoys camping, running, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. She loves her community and shares that passion with her kids. You might often spot her at school drop offs or at the local parks, riding her bike or practicing soccer with her kids!
